The Woods Hole Public Library will again be holding their eagerly awaited Accessories and Adornments Sale this summer, on July 30. The Library asks the community to donate their old treasures as they clean out their jewelry drawers, in order to make the sale the success it has been in years past.
From now until the end of July, the Library invites donations not only of women’s jewelry, but also scarves, shawls, hats, handbags, gloves, and belts. Donations of men’s ties, belts, gloves, and hats (but not baseball caps) are also welcome.
Participants at the Library’s previous sales have enjoyed divesting themselves of extra items from their collections, as well as purchasing new ones at bargain prices on the day of the sale. As always, the Library is grateful for all the support and generosity.
Donations may be brought in to the Library whenever it is open which is Monday-Saturday 10 AM- 2 PM, with extended hours to 5 PM on Monday and Wednesday. For more information, call the Library at 508-548-8961.
