The Woods Hole Public Library will host a workshop on creating puppet figurines on Tuesday, April 21, at 2pm. This workshop is for children who love creating and crafting. Participants will learn how to create figurines from found objects foraged from nature, as well as yarn, fabric scraps, and other interesting bits. We will follow easy steps for assembling interesting and beautiful figurines that may inspire joyful tabletop puppetry play.

Jacek Zuzanski, master puppeteer and teacher, along with fellow artist Sarah Kahn will lead this fun crafting workshop. Participants will go home with their own hand-crafted figure. To participate in this free workshop, please register at the Woods Hole Public Library in person, by calling 508-548-8961, or email whpl_mail@clamsnet.org.  Children aged 4 years and up are encouraged to register, and parents and caregivers are warmly welcome, especially to assist children younger than 7.
