Local yoga teacher Chelsea Doohan will be running yoga sessions for kids aged 5 and up at the Woods Hole Public Library most Saturday afternoons in January and February starting at 1 PM. This program has run for the past three years and has been very popular with children and parents alike. Chelsea’s demeanor is very calm, inclusive and masterful.
Chelsea, a life-long Woods Hole Library patron, graduated from Oberlin College. Since graduation she has gone on to study “Simple Yoga” at a studio in Oberlin, Ohio. During the last several years, she has been teaching yoga in the Falmouth area, returning occasionally to the Oberlin studio to train future yoga instructors. She is delighted to be offering classes at the Library again and requests that parents attend. Participants may bring their own yoga mat if they would like.
This series of classes will be free and open to the public.
