We have selected two interesting and important books to begin the seventh summer of our Social Justice Book Group:
On July 20, 2022 at 7:00 PM, we will discuss Black Art: A Cultural History (Third Edition) by Richard Powell.
On August 17 at 7:00 PM, we will discuss Our History Is The Future: Standing Rock Versus the Dakota Access Pipeline, and the Long Tradition of Indigenous Resistance by Nick Estes
Copies of the books are available to check out through the Library, or for purchase at Eight Cousins Bookstore. The group will meet in-person at the Library for these summer sessions.
