Event Details

Retired captain of the NOAA vessel Albatross,  Steve Wagner will speak about sources of weather information for sailors. Steve, who is now active in the Coast Guard Auxiliary and educating the public, will focus on online and other  information important for people to consult, especially when they are planning an open water trip. He will tell them what’s available and where.

He will be sure to make this information approachable and interesting, even for those people who do most of their ocean voyages in the comfort of their armchairs.

This event is free and open to the public, and will be held in the lower level of the Library which is handicapped accessible. For more information, call the Library at 508-548-8961.
