We are thrilled to be able to offer our popular Yoga for Kids program with local instructor, Chelsea Doohan Winters, albeit with a few modifications for COVID. As always, these classes are designed for kids ages 5 and up, and parents or caregivers are encouraged to join in. Mats will be available or you may bring your own.
