Our Armchair Traveler Book Group is continuing its world tour, with the next stop in India. The group will read and discuss The Unlikely Adventures of the Shergill Sisters by Balli Kaur Jaswal. A female take on the Indian travel narrative, this book follows three Punjabi sisters embarking on a pilgrimage to their homeland to lay their mother to rest. Copies of the book are available to pick up at the Library, and all are welcome to join in!
