Professor, author, and Woods Hole local Daniel Isenberg will talk about his newest work, This Book is Not For You: My Loss, My Grief, My Healing on Tuesday, July 28, at 3pm at the Woods Hole Public Library. In this personal and poignant book, Isenberg recounts the loss of his wife after a four-year battle with cancer. It is a uniquely honest and intimate look into his experience through the time leading up to his loss and in the months after. Though the subject matter is difficult, readers have described the book as “powerful, beautiful, painful, resonant, and vivid.”

About the author: Daniel Isenberg is a former Harvard professor, investor, former entrepreneur, global authority on entrepreneurship, proud father and enamored grandfather. Author of Worthless, Impossible, and Stupid, Isenberg has a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Harvard and speaks Hebrew and Italian in addition to English.
