Join us around the “campfire” in the Children’s Room as we celebrate the beginning of summer reading at WHPL Camp Read-a-Lot. We’ll share stories, tell jokes, and enjoy a treat!
This summer, young readers at the Woods Hole Public Library are heading to camp – WHPL Camp Read-A-Lot! Participants will sign up at the Library, keep track of their reading, and visit the library each week with a completed reading log to receive a special Camp Read-A-Lot merit badge! There are a total of four merit badges that can be earned, and kids can participate any time between July 1 and August 31 to complete their reading. Visitors will also notice that the Children’s Room will transform into a cozy campsite – perfect for reading, crafting, and visiting with fellow “campers”.
