For the last in the Woods Hole Public Library’s series of Winter Travel Talks, Ellie and Rich Armstrong will talk about a trip to Costa Rica that they took in 2014. They traveled with National Audubon Society, so the trip specialized in the natural history of the country, an aspect which this couple delights in. While there, they traveled from the coast to the mountains, visiting several environments which were entirely new to them: rain forests, cloud forests, and active volcanoes.
They will share their beautiful photographs of the country, especially the animals and plants, at this talk at the Library. All are welcome. The event is free and open to the public. For more information, call the Library at 508-548-8961.
